Data Deletion Instructions
How to request removal of your data from Picta
You may request deletion of your data associated with Picta at any time.
When a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Account profile data
- Cached Instagram media
- OAuth tokens
- Active session records
In-App Deletion
- Log into Picta.
- Navigate to your profile page.
- Click Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
Your data will be removed immediately.
Instagram Revocation
You may revoke access directly through Instagram.
- Open Instagram settings.
- Navigate to Security → Apps and Websites.
- Locate Picta.
- Click Remove Access.
When access is revoked, Instagram sends a deletion request to our system and associated data will be deleted.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed immediately or within 24 hours.
